I've done a LOT of meditating in my life . . . Probably, three decades . . . And what I find is this . . . It just continues to evolve and get better . . .
The latest addition to my meditation practice is the singing bowl, which resonates with Ajna, or the third eye chakra . . .
If one wants to feel open to the Universe, and feel in the flow of the Universe, I would suggest a singing bowl . . .
However, don't just choose any old singing bowl . . . Play with them, and go with the one which FEELS right intuitively . . . Always listen to the voice!
I'll be gone soon until mid-March, so if there isn't another blog until then, see ya, and best wishes to ALL . . .
